Composition
Rimma Zanevskaya-Sapgir (1930–2021) was born in Saransk. She belonged to the circle of the Lianozovo group and was the first wife of the poet Genrikh Sapgir. From 1961 she was part of Lev Nusberg's collective, which in 1964 took the name Dvizhenie (Movement). In 1974 she took part in the Bulldozer Exhibition, and in 1977 in the Venice Biennale of Dissent. In her later decades she turned to icon painting.
